Meet The Staff
Gail Howard (Director) founded this camp 35 years ago. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Speech and Drama from the University of Georgia and a Masters in Education. Gail was the Director of Hood Theatre for more than 20 years. Most recently, she has directed the The Midnight Players of Poolesville High School.
Becky DeLameter (Set Designer, Technical Director & Costume Coordinator) has been with the camp for 24 years. She has been a member of the Frederick Camerata as a singer, costume designer and technical director. Becky teaches at Frederick High School, sings with the National Philharmonic Chorale and the Montgomery College Choir, plays with the Browningsville Coronet Band, and also co-directs the handbell choir at Mt Carmel UMC.
Ginny Moses (Music Director) is returning for her second year to share her musical talents. Ginny is a 2020 graduate of Towson with a degree in Instrumental Music Education. She has always loved musical theatre, and has been the music director of shows at college, and several Theatre Camps, as well as the Columbia Center for the Theatrical Arts. Ginny is a Camerata alumni of 3 years, and is super excited to come back to camp this summer!
Andrew McMichael (Asst. Tech Director) returns for his 4th year to share his technical skills. Andrew is a recent graduate of American University and long time Camerata alumni.
